Common questions
Common enquiries
When were these assessments made?
We revisit a listing after a refurbishment, an ownership change, or a run of reader feedback that contradicts the current score.
What if something here is wrong?
Email [email protected] with what you found. Verified corrections are published and the page's revision date is updated.
Do you cover properties outside this region?
We publish on Reno, Lake Tahoe, and the Colorado River towns exclusively in this edition, and only add a property once the full rubric has been applied to it.
What does the score actually mean?
Scores rank properties against each other within Reno, Lake Tahoe, and the Colorado River towns. A lower number often signals a different purpose, not a worse stay.
